Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC - Surrey, England-based housebuilder - Confirms start date of appointing Martyn Clark as chief executive officer, which was announced in January, to be June 3. Current CEO Peter Truscott will remain with the business until a handover process is completed. In January, Crest Nicholson announced the appointment of Clark, the chief commercial officer at York, England-based housebuilder Persimmon PLC. Crest Chair Iain Ferguson said at the tike: ‘Martyn brings a wealth of experience in the housebuilding industry which will be of huge benefit to Crest Nicholson at this important time for the group.
