First Tin PLC - tin development company with projects in Germany and Australia - Non-Executive Chair Charles Cannon-Brookes buys 1.5 million shares via Arlington Partners Fund. Shares priced at 6.75 pence each, worth £97,875, and were bought in London on Thursday. Cannon-Brookes owns 50% of Arlington Partners Fund, which now holds 23.0 million First Tin shares, a 8.7% stake.

Current stock price: 6.20 pence, down 4.6% in London on Friday afternoon
