Tritax EuroBox PLC - invests in continental European logistics real estate - Sells 28,900 square metre warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden for SEK385 million, about £28.3 million. Tritax EuroBox says the unnamed buyer is a ‘leading pan-European European real estate investment manager’, and the sale price is broadly in line with the building’s September valuation.

The sale requires approval under Swedish foreign direct investment law. Tritax EuroBox said it is part of its strategy of reducing leverage through selected disposals.

Current stock price: 60.00 pence per share, up 1.7% in London on Tuesday
