DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Michael Ashcroft ups stake in Marlowe to 16%

The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced this week and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Marlowe PLC - London-based provider of regulatory and insurance compliance services for the fire safety and security, water and air hygiene, and occupational health sectors - Non-Executive Director Michael Ashcroft buys 3.4 million shares at 548 pence, worth £18.8 million, on Wednesday. Ashcroft, the former deputy chair of the Conservative Party, now has 15.3 million shares, a 15.8% stake. Marlowe also notes that Alex Dacre, who founded Marlowe in 2015 and was chief executive until earlier this year, no longer has a notifiable interest in the company.

Howden Joinery Group PLC - London-based kitchen and joinery supplier - Andrew Witts, chair of International businesses in Ireland, Belgium and France, sells 200,000 shares at average 914.8p, worth £1.8 million, on Wednesday.

Taseko Mines Ltd - operates open-pit Gibraltar copper mine in British Columbia, Canada - Director Russell Hallbauer sells 120,000 shares at C$4.03, worth C$483,600, about £277,329, on Friday last week to Tuesday this week, following the exercise of options for 50,000 shares. Director Robert Dickinson sells 100,000 shares at C$4.10, worth C$410,000, on Tuesday.

Condor Gold PLC - gold explorer in Nicaragua - Condor raises £500,000 from the exercise of warrants for 3.3 million new shares at 15p each by a company owned by Chair Jim Mellon. He is now has a 26% stake.

Atalaya Mining PLC - produces copper from Proyecto Riotinto complex in southwest Spain - Non-Executive Director Jesus Fernandez sells 65,000 shares at average 486.0p, worth £315,900, on Tuesday.

GetBusy PLC - Cambridge, England-based document management and productivity software provider - CEO Daniel Rabie buys 235,000 shares at average 65.0p, worth £152,750, on Thursday. Now has 1.8 million shares, a 3.6% stake.
