Bridgepoint Group PLC - London-based private equity investor - Promotes director Tim Score to chair with effect from July 1, succeeding William Jackson, Bridgepoint’s founder, who steps down from the board at the same time. Jackson continues to chair Bridgepoint’s private equity business.

Jackson says: ‘After three years as a listed company, it’s a good time to transition to an independent non-executive chair.’

Score comments: ‘I am fortunate to be succeeding William as chair with the company in great shape, with strong prospects for further growth.’ Score is to retire from the British Land Co PLC board in July after 10 years, having been chair since 2019. As an executive, he was chief financial officer of Arm Holdings PLC for 13 years.

Current stock price: 223.60 pence, up 0.6% on Thursday
