Critical Metals PLC - developing formerly producing copper cobalt mine in Democratic Republic of Congo - Reports previously undisclosed sales of shares by Chief Executive Officer Russell Fryer. The CEO sold 975,000 shares for a total of £155,841, an average of 15.98 pence per share, between August last year and this past March. Fryer now has 10.2 million shares, a 15.1% stake.
