Ground Rents Income Fund PLC - London-based investor in long-term, income-generating assets across the UK - Releases results for year to September 30, 2023. Says net asset value per share at September 30 is 90.1 pence per share, down from 92.5p a year prior. Chair Barry Gilbertson says: ‘The company continues to face significant challenges that are largely outside of its control, with the ongoing management of complex building safety projects relating to assets developed by third parties, and uncertainty relating to leasehold reform. Despite these headwinds, we continue to make progress in important areas, including loan refinancing, disposals, and securing very strong shareholder support for our new investment policy.’ Further, says portfolio value at March 31, 2024, is £81.5 million down from £106.1 million at September 30, 2023.
