Stelrad Group PLC - Rotherham, England-based radiator manufacturer - Chair Bob Ellis sells 250,000 shares at £1.12, worth £280,000, in London on Monday. The sale was conducted for financial planning purposes and represents approximately 8.7% of Ellis’s holding. Ellis is now interested in 2.6 million shares, a 2.1% stake.
