Darktrace PLC - Cambridge, England-based cybersecurity provider - Gives a trading update ahead of its takeover by US private equity firm Thoma Bravo LP. Revenue for the financial year that ended June 30 is at least $689.5 million, Darktrace estimates, up 26%. Fourth quarter revenue is at least $183.1 million, up 25%. Annualised recurring revenue on June 30 is $782.2 million, up 23% from a year before.

Darktrace says it can’t provide its expected adjusted earnings margin for financial 2024, nor an outlook for financial 2025, due to its pending takeover by Thoma Bravo. The $5.32 billion deal, announced back in April, was approved by Darktrace shareholders last month.

Current stock price: 582.40 pence, compared to offer price of $7.75 per share
