Peter Hill will retire as chair of Keller Group PLC, a London-based geotechnical engineering firm, during the first half of 2025, as he takes the chair of Synthomer PLC.
The London-based chemicals manufacturer said Hill will join as chair designate from September 1 and will become chair on January 1, replacing Caroline Johnstone.
An external search process to find a successor to Hill is underway at Keller.
Keller shares closed up 2.6% on Thursday in London at 1,472.61 pence. Synthomer shares close up 1.1% to 279.00p.
