Diaceutics PLC - Belfast-based provider of diagnostic commercialisation services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies - Says that Non-Executive Chair Deborah Davis intends to step down from the board, effective October 1. Peter Keeling, a co-founder and executive director of Diaceutics, will succeed Davis in the role from the date of her departure.

Chief Executive Officer Ryan Keeling says: ‘I would like to thank Deborah for her tireless dedication and efforts in guiding Diaceutics through a crucial stage in our development and growth as a public company. We will miss her presence and wish her well for her current and future roles. I look forward to working closely with the board and continuing my close partnership with Peter in his new capacity as chair.’
