HSBC Holdings PLC - London-based bank - Colin Bell, chief executive of HSBC Bank PLC and HSBC Europe, sells 174,612 shares at £6.69, worth £1.2 million, on Thursday last week.

International Personal Finance PLC - Leeds-based provider of credit products and insurance services - Botond Szirmak, general manager of European Home Credit, sells 81,532 shares at £1.49, worth £121,483, on Thursday. International Personal Finance on Wednesday had announced the start of a share buyback programme worth up to £15 million. The buyback will be run by brokers Peel Hunt LLP and Panmure Liberum Ltd.

Schroders PLC - London-based asset and wealth manager - Chief Financial Officer Richard Oldfield buys 28,641 shares at £3.47, worth £99,487, on Friday.
