Ireland’s trade surplus contracted in June, data published by the Central Statistics Office showed Thursday.
Ireland’s trade surplus declined 32% in June to €4.80 billion from €7.08 billion in May.
The country’s exports declined 3.3% to €16.58 billion in June from €17.15 billion in May, while imports jumped 17% to €11.78 billion from €10.07 billion.
