Evoke PLC - Gibraltar-based betting and gaming operator, formerly known as 888 Holdings and owner of William Hill, 888, and Mr Green brands - Non-Executive Director Ori Shaked buys 378,400 shares at 66.0 pence, worth £249,744, on Monday. On Thursday last week, Evoke’s chair, its chief executive, and another non-executive director bought 1.2 million shares in total. Earlier that day, Evoke had reported a weaker first half performance, with a widened pretax loss, but said it is on track to meet full-year guidance.

Current stock price: 67.64p, up 4.1% in London on Wednesday
