Kore Potash PLC - London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo - Says shareholders have approved an equity fund raise at a general meeting held on Friday. Chair David Hathorn subscribes for 4.3 million shares for $60,000. Hathorn will hold a beneficial interest in 373.1 million shares, representing 8.6% of the issued share capital. This is part of a plan to raise around $1.3 million through a share subscription of 91.8 million new shares to certain existing shareholders, as well as new institutional and high net worth investors at 1.1 pence each.
