Pantheon International PLC - Exeter, England-based private equity investment trust - Director John Burgess buys shares via November 1990 Trust. Buys 189,247 shares at £3.24, worth £613,699, on Friday last week and 405,308 shares at £3.25, worth £1.3 million, on Tuesday this week. Burgess had bought 78,504 shares worth £236,828, 75,892 shares worth £231,088, and 50,003 shares worth £153,259 earlier this month, meaning he has bought £2.5 million worth of Pantheon International shares during August.
