Regional REIT Ltd - London-based commercial property investor - As per October 11 announcement, ESR Europe Investment Management Ltd replaces Toscafund Asset Management LLP as alternative investment fund manager. Says ESR was authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority on August 1 to act as AIFM. In October, ARA Europe Private Markets Ltd, since renamed ESR Europe Private Markets Ltd, purchased the investment management contract from Toscafund. ESR Europe Private Markets Ltd is an affiliated party to ESR Europe Investment Management Ltd.
