Porvair PLC - King’s Lynn, England-based environmental and specialist filtration technology company - Announces appointment of Hooman Javvi as chief executive officer, who will replace Ben Stocks after his retirement on April 15. Prior to this, Javvi was group chief operating officer at Hill & Smith PLC and spent 11 years in senior management roles at Hitachi Energy Ltd and ABB Group Ltd.

Looking ahead, Porvair says it continues to trade in line with management expectation in its third quarter, and expects full-year earnings to be above those for 2023.

Current stock price: 660.00 pence, closed 3.2% lower in London on Monday afternoon
