Judges Scientific PLC - London-based investor in scientific instrument sector - Chief Executive Officer David Cicurel sells 60,000 shares at 10,000 pence, worth £6.0 million, on Thursday. Circurel retains 544,343 shares.

AB Dynamics PLC - Wiltshire, England-based testing, simulation and measurement products for transport market - Tony Best, together with Naemi Best, sells 230,000 shares at 1,950p, worth £4.5 million, on Thursday. Best remains interested in 5.8 million shares, a 23.9% stake. Best founded AB Dynamics in 1982. He was executive chair until mid-2021 and currently is a special advisor to the board.

Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC - London-based jet engines and power turbines - General Counsel Mark Gregory sells 258,571 shares at £5.23, worth £1.4 million, on Tuesday.

Hill & Smith PLC - West Midlands, England-based provider of infrastructure products - CEO Rutger Helbing buys 10,000 shares at £20.39, worth £203,900, on Wednesday. The purchase represents his only shares.

Diversified Energy Co PLC - Alabama-based, US-focused natural gas producer - Directors buy 15,940 shares in total, mostly at $11.28, worth about $180,000, on Tuesday. CEO Rusty Hutson buys 7,500 shares, Chief Financial Officer Bradley Gray buys 3,000, and non-executive directors Sandra Stash and David Turner buy 1,040 and 4,400, respectively. Hutson now has 1.2 million shares, a 2.5% stake. Gray has 165,585 shares, Stash 4,092 and Turner 33,087.

Distil PLC - London-based owner of premium alcoholic drinks brands such as RedLeg Spiced Rum and Blackwoods Gin - Non-Executive Director Roland Grain invests £200,000 to subscribe for 166.7 million new shares as part of a £650,000 equity raise. In total, Distil will issue 541.7 million new shares at 0.12p each, with placing warrants at 0.36p. Major shareholder Graham Cooley invests £90,000 for 75.0 million of these shares. The equity raise ‘will provide working capital, including to fund production and promotion for the important Christmas season’, Distil says. The price is about a 40% discount to the market price.

IG Group Holdings PLC - London-based contracts-for-difference trading platform - CEO Breon Corcoran buys 100,000 shares at £9.15 and £9.17, worth £915,600, on Monday.

Supermarket Income REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust for grocery properties - Steven Windsor, director of the investment adviser, buys 266,453 shares via Tilford Holdings Ltd at £0.75, worth £200,000, on September 20. Windsor is now interested in 2.0m shares.

Lloyds Banking Group PLC - Edinburgh-based lender - Chira Barua, CEO of Insurance, Pensions & Investments, sells 80,804 shares at 59.20p, worth £47,836, on Friday.
