Bellway PLC - Newcastle-based housebuilder - Picks Shane Doherty to be chief financial officer, starting on December 2. Doherty was CFO of Cairn Homes PLC for four years before departing in April. He has held senior finance roles across multiple sectors, including CFO at Morgan McKinley and European finance director at Flutter Entertainment PLC.
Keith Adey, whose departure was announced back in May, will step down as group finance director at Bellway on December 1, remaining on the board until March 21, 2025.
