Ithaca Energy PLC - London-based oil and gas company operating in the North Sea - Subsidiary Ithaca Energy North Sea PLC prices $750 million in 8 1/8% senior notes due in 2029. The proceeds of the issue will be used to redeem the existing $625 million in 9% senior notes due in 2026, repay amounts drawn under an existing loan, and pay refinancing-related fees and expenses.

Another subsidiary, Ithaca Energy UK Ltd, has signed a $1.24 billion floating rate reserve-based lending facility agreement that is due to mature in 2029. It has high confidence of achieving a $1.4 billion final reserves-based lending facility, including a $500 million letter of credit tranche.
