MOH Nippon PLC - crowdfunding for real estate investment in Japan - Non-Executive Chair Aamir Quraishi resigns from board immediately on Friday ‘to pursue other business interests’. Quraishi co-founded MOH Nippon two and a half years ago and led the reverse takeover of Minnadeooyasan-Hanbai Co Ltd by acquisition vehicle Bowen Fintech PLC and subsequent listing on the London Main Market back in August. Independent Non-Executive Director Nigel Collins becomes interim chair from Friday. Another independent non-executive director, Allan Rowley, will no longer resign on December 31, as planned, but will remain on the board. MOH Nippon says it is searching for an additional independent non-executive director with UK capital markets experience.
