Pan African Resources PLC - Rosebank-headquartered gold producer - Says it will issue sustainability-linked bonds valued at R 840 million on Tuesday, following an oversubscribed bookbuild. The senior second ranking bonds have a floating interest rate a 305 basis point over the reference rate, the ZAR-JIBAR.

Current stock price in London: 37.40 pence, down 0.7%
