Home REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust, which invests in UK social housing - Sells a further 152 properties for £26.8 million, representing 11% of the company’s portfolio value. Proceeds will be used to fully repay its outstanding Scottish Widows Ltd loan by the end of the calendar year, which amounted to £72.0 million in September. Home REIT has sold 1,229 properties since August 2023 and exchanged a further 415 properties, for a total of £243.3 million.

The company is now in a managed wind down, having only reported results for its 2022 financial year in early October. It expects to release interim results for financial years 2023 and 2024, and full-year results for financial 2023, before the end of 2024.

Home REIT shares are currently suspended in London.
