Ocado Group PLC - Hatfield, England-based licenser of grocery technology - Appoints Adam Warby as chair designate. Warby will join the board on Friday and assumes the role of chair on December 1, succeeding outgoing Chair Richard Haythornthwaite. Incoming chair Warby has served as chair of Stans, Switzerland-based software and cloud advice firm Software One Holding AG and was chief executive officer of Seattle, Washington-based IT consulting firm Avanade Corp for 11 years.
