Vistry Group PLC - Kent, England-based housebuilder - Baker Estates Ltd buys 268,957 Vistry shares at £7.38, worth £2.0 million, on Friday. Baker Estates is a private housebuilding firm based in the south west of England, of which Vistry Chief Executive Officer Greg Fitzgerald is a director and shareholder. Vistry on Friday reported the results from an internal review of issues in its South Division disclosed last month, and cut its full-year profit guidance further as a result.

Current stock price: 738.00 pence, down 16% on Friday in London
