CAB Payments Holdings PLC - London-based payment processing and foreign exchange provider - Chair Ann Cairns buys 400,000 shares at 72.86 pence, worth £291,420, on Tuesday. CAB Payments shares lost a quarter of their value on Thursday last week, giving up their takeover premium after StoneX Group Inc, a New York-based provider of clearing and execution services, said it will not make an offer.

Current stock price: 71.60p, up 5.3% in London on Wednesday
