Transense Technologies PLC on Monday said it has launched a tyre management system partnership with German software platform Tiretask GmBH.
Transense, which is based in Oxfordshire, supplies sensor technology used to measure the force of vehicle components. Its Translogik technology collects data on tyre condition and will now be available on Tiretask’s platform.
The joint offering will be available through a monthly subscription and targets commercial fleet operators and tyre dealers.
The announcement marks Tiretask’s first move into UK, North American and Australian markets.
Transense Managing Director Ryan Maughan described the offering as a ‘user-friendly’ resource ‘supporting better decision-making and cost savings’.
Transense shares were 5.9% higher at 180.00 pence each on Monday morning in London.
