South32 Ltd - Perth-based diversified mining group - Appoints Stephen Pearce and Mandlesilo Msimang at non-executive directors, with effect from February 1. Pearce serves on the board of BAE Systems PLC. He is also a director and strategic advisor to the Wyllie Group. He is the former chief financial officer of Anglo American PLC. Msimang is currently chief executive officer of female-owned and led private equity firm Nozala Women Investments, which owns and manages a portfolio spanning the minerals and energy sector, as well as industrial and consumer services. She is also a non-executive director at Telkom SA SOC Ltd and miner Exxaro Resources Ltd.
