Chemring Group PLC - Hampshire, England-based provider of technology products and services to the aerospace, defence and security markets - Says Non-Executive Director & Senior Independent Director Andrew Davies will retire on January 31, having approached the end of his nine-year term. Davies is also currently chief executive officer of Kier Group PLC. Non-Executive Director Fiona MacAulay will step into the role of Senior Independent Director.
