Ithaca Energy PLC - London-based oil and gas company operating in the North Sea - Notes signs of hydrocarbons at the Jocelyn South prospect in the central North Sea. The well operator, Harbour Energy PLC, said the top of the Joanne Reservoir was found in the well at a depth of 12,620 feet true vertical depth subsea. Ithaca said the operator will complete data gathering and evaluate results ‘to establish commerciality of the reservoir’. Ithaca holds a 33% working interest in the prospect.
