Cohort PLC - Reading, England-based technology firm - Says acquisition of EM Solutions Pty Ltd is now expected to complete by the end of February. It previously announced the acquisition would complete before the end of the calendar year. It expects any change in the net contribution from the acquisition in the year to the end of April to be immaterial. Cohort previously announced it had agreed to buy EM Solutions for A$144.0 million, about £75 million at the time.
