Tribe Technology PLC - Belfast-based developer of autonomous mining equipment - Preeti Mardia moves from chair to executive chair, as Charlie King leaves immediately as chief executive officer on Monday last week. Tribe gives no reason for King’s departure. He had been CEO as long as Tribe has been listed in London, the company having debuted in August 2023. Tribe Technology was founded in Western Australia in late 2019 and has a manufacturing facility in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
