Baker Steel Resources Trust Ltd - invests in mining companies, with exposure to cement, potash, copper, gold and other materials in projects located in Australia, Indonesia, Peru, Zimbabwe and elsewhere - Appoints Fiona Perrott-Humphrey as chair, effective immediately. She succeeds Howard Myles, who is retiring after 14 years as chair. Perrott-Humphrey has been a member of the board since September 2020.
