Goldplat PLC - gold miner and producer with recovery operations in Ghana and South Africa - Gerard Kisbey-Green returns to the role of permanent chair, effective immediately. He has served as acting chair since September 2024. Kisbey-Green took over as chief executive officer back in February 2015, before stepping down in April 2019. He was then re-hired in May 2020 as a non-executive director and promoted to non-executive chair in September 2022. In February 2023, Kisbey-Green stood down as chair but remained as independent non-executive director.
