Bloomsbury Publishing PLC - London-based book publisher - Says it has reached a new long-term supply agreement with Amazon.com Inc, without providing details. In a brief stock exchange announcement, Bloomsbury also says it is confident in meeting market consensus forecasts for financial 2025, which ends on February 28. It says those expectations are for profit before tax and one-off items of £39.6 million on revenue of £334 million. This will be down from £48.7 million and £342.7 million, respectively, in financial 2024.

Current stock price: 650.97 pence, down 0.5% early Friday in London
