Secure Property Development & Investment PLC - South eastern Europe-focused commercial property investor - Sells Ukrainian property to Arcona Property Fund NV for €1.1 million and the issue of 68,782 Arcona shares to SPDI. The Kiyanovskiy Residence is a 0.6 hectare freehold and leasehold land property near Kyiv city centre. The transfer values the residence at around €1.8 million based on the latest net asset value of Arcona’s shares on September 30.
The company says the deal is part of the second stage of the transfer of its property portfolio to Arcona to create a larger investment vehicle.
