Panther Securities PLC - Hertfordshire, England-based property investor - Sells freehold interest in Charles House, Premier House and 78 Darlington Street in Wolverhampton to a local develop for £2.5 million cash. The mixed-used 70,000 square foot property was bought in August 2010 for £1.6 million. Panther received rent of £278,000 per year on purchase and £122,000 per year most recently. The firm says the purchase price represents a £330,000 increase from the current book value of £2.2 million. It says the funds will be held for a yet to be identified future property investment.
