Golden Rock Global PLC - Hong Kong-based special purpose acquisition company - Says Chair Ross Andrews has stepped down from the board with immediate effect. Director John Croft says: ‘The board wishes to thank Andrews for his contribution and leadership since the company’s original admission to the stock exchange and wishes him success with his other business interests.’
