Capricorn Energy PLC - Egypt-focused oil and gas explorer - Palliser Capital (UK) Ltd buys 54,243 shares at £2.25 and £2.31, worth £122,987, on Tuesday and Wednesday last week. Capricorn Non-Executive Director Sachin Mistry is connected to Palliser, which had a 13% stake in Capricorn as of April 1.
