Wilmington PLC - Birmingham, England-based data, information, education and training for governance, risk and compliance markets - Hires Gordon Hurst to be chair, replacing Martin Morgan on June 23. Hurst was finance director of outsourcing firm Capita PLC from 1996 to 2015 and was chair of cybersecurity firm Darktrace PLC from its London listing in 2021 until its acquisition in 2024.

Touchstone Exploration Inc - onshore oil and gas producer in Trinidad - Promotes Kenneth McKinnon to chair, having been a board member since 2012. McKinnon replaces John Wright, who retires from the board immediately. Touchstone also says it will reduce the size of its board to six at its annual general meeting on June 18. With Wright’s departure, the board currently has eight members, including Chief Executive Officer Paul Baay.

European Green Transition PLC - developing green economy assets in Europe, such as a copper-graphite and rare earth mining projects in Sweden - Names Co-Founder Cathal Friel as non-executive chair, starting Monday. Friel co-founded European Green Transition in 2021 and is the company’s largest shareholder. He had a 19% stake upon the company’s listing on AIM a year ago. The current chair, Daniel Akselson, will remain on the board as a non-executive director.

Inspired PLC - Isle of Man-based energy and sustainability advisor - Chair Richard Logan will step down at the company’s AGM in June, having been in post for four years and on the board for eight. The company is seeking a successor.

CleanTech Lithium PLC - lithium exploration and mine development in Chile - Names Ignacio Mehech as CEO and board director. Mehech was country manager in Chile for US chemical maker and lithium producer Albemarle Corp for seven years, leaving in 2024. Executive Chair Steve Kesler says he plans to step back to non-executive chair when ‘the time is right’.

dotdigital Group PLC - London-based customer experience and data platform - Hires Tom Mullan to be chief financial officer, joining the board on April 30. Mullan previously was CFO at Gresham Technologies PLC, a London-based software and services firm that was acquired by STG Partners LLC last year. Mullan replaces Alistair Gurney, whom dotdigital previously said is leaving ‘to pursue a new business opportunity’.

Savannah Resources PLC - developing Barroso lithium project in Portugal - Hires Henrique Freire to be chief finance officer, starting Monday. Freire is Savannah’s first Portuguese CFO, it notes, and will be based in Lisbon. He joins from EDP SA, the largest energy producer, distributor, and retailer in Portugal. Current CFO Michael McGarty moves to chief corporate officer, a new role in Savannah.
