Tekmar Group PLC - Newton Aycliffe, England-based technology and services provider for global offshore energy markets - announces it has received the final deferred consideration payment of £0.5 million relating to the Subsea Innovation Ltd divestment to Unique Group for £1.9 million in May 2024.
