Lynne Embleton, chair & chief executive officer of Aer Lingus, sells 675,000 shares at £2.97, worth £2.0 million, on Friday. Chief Financial Officer Nicholas Cadbury sells 500,000 shares at £3.19, worth £1.6 million, on Wednesday this week. Adam Daniels, chair & CEO of IAG Loyalty, sells 210,000 shares, and Jorge Saco, chief information, procurement, services & innovation officer, sells 50,000 shares, both at £2.96, worth £769,600 in total, on Friday.

FBD Holdings PLC - Dublin-based insurer - Chief Risk Officer Derek Hall sells 38,000 shares at €12.50, worth €475,000, on Wednesday.

AO World PLC - Bolton, England-based online electrical goods retailer - Jolly Foundation, of which AO World Chief Executive Officer John Roberts is a trustee, sells 400,000 shares at 96.32 pence and 96.52p, worth £385,780, on Friday and Monday. Jolly retains 4.6 million shares. Roberts himself sold 1.0 million shares last month. He retains 95.0 million shares, a 16.4% stake.

Power Metal Resources PLC - metals exploration company with projects in North America, Africa, Saudi Arabia and Australia - CEO Sean Wade buys 503,800 shares at 12.64p, worth £63,690, and Non-Executive Director Edmund Shaw buys 200,000 shares at 12.49p, worth £24,980, both on Wednesday. Wade now has 1.4 million shares, a 1.3% stake, and Shaw has 950,000.
