Playtech PLC - Isle of Man-based gambling software developer - Chair John Gleasure buys 95,000 shares at £3.06, worth £291,118, on Tuesday.

Ashmore Group PLC - London-based investment manager - Fay Shippey, an associate of Finance Director Tom Shippey, sells 125,000 shares at £1.53, worth £191,625, on Thursday.

Mitie Group PLC - Glasgow-based engineering, security, cleaning and hygiene services provider - CEO Phil Bentley buys 100,000 shares at 142.00p, worth £142,000, on Thursday. Mitie shares closed down 12% on Thursday, after announcing an agreement on a cash-and-shares takeover offer for Marlowe PLC worth £366 million.

SolGold PLC - Perth, London and Quito-based developer of copper-gold deposits in Ecuador - Non-Executive Director Scott Caldwell sells 2.0 million shares at C$0.13, worth C$250,600, about £135,140, on Monday. Caldwell retains 17.5 million shares, a 0.6% stake.

Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC - London-based drug maker with operations in Jordan - Bill Larkins, president of Injectables, sells 5,257 shares at £21.28, worth £111,869, on Wednesday.

Cerillion PLC - London-based billing, charging and customer relationship management software - Business Development Director Richard Doughty sells 5,576 shares at average £18.35, worth £102,320, on Tuesday.

Scottish Oriental Smaller Cos Trust PLC - managed by FSSA Investment Managers, invests in smaller Asian listed companies - Director Karen Roydon buys 33,552 shares at £2.98, worth £99,998, on Wednesday.

Wizz Air Holdings PLC - Budapest-based budget airline - CEO Jozsef Varadi buys 7,000 shares at £12.06, worth £84,420, on Friday. Wizz Air shares fell sharply on Thursday after the company reported a more than 90% fall in annual profit and withheld guidance for the new year. They closed down 27% on Thursday but were up 0.6% on Friday.

JPMorgan Global Growth & Income PLC - managed by JP Morgan Asset Management, aims for total returns superior to the MSCI all country world index over long-term - Director Sarah Whitney buys 14,058 shares at £5.34, worth £74,999, on Thursday. The trust last week completed its merger with Henderson International Income Trust PLC.

Eleco PLC - London-based software provider focused on the construction and built environment sectors - Chair Mark Castle buys 46,500 shares at 159.00p to 162.00p, worth £74,980, on Tuesday and Wednesday. They are his only shares. He has been chair since 2023. Eleco on Tuesday said trading in the first four months of 2025 was in line with full-year market expectations.
