Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Cobham, England-based housebuilder - Chief Executive Robert Perrins buys 13,000 shares at £38.46 each, around £50,000 in total. Purchase is made on Friday. Ibstock PLC - Leicestershire, England-based building products supplier - Non-Executive Chair Richard Akers buys 100,000 shares at £1.55 each, £155,000 in total, on Thursday. The shares represent the chair’s only shareholding in Ibstock. Richard Akers replaced Jonathan Nicholls as Ibstock chair, who stepped down after the AGM in May.
