Berkeley does not disclose Stearn’s stake in the company following this transaction. Stearn will become the firm’s CEO at the annual general meeting on September 5, with current CEO Rob Perrins transitioning to the role of executive chair. Berkeley is searching for Stearn’s successor to the CFO position.
