Burberry Group PLC - London-based luxury goods maker and retailer - Chief Executive Officer Joshua Schulman buys 29,744 shares at 1,069.09 pence, worth £317,991, on Friday. Schulman joined Burberry as CEO a year ago.

Vodafone Group PLC - Newbury, Berkshire-based telecommunications provider - Five executives buy just over £500,000 in shares on Wednesday. CEO Margherita Della Valle buys 251,374, Vodafone Business CEO Marika Auramo buys 79,128, General Counsel Maaike de Bie buys 109,599, Chief Technology Officer Scott Petty buys 106,673, and Chief Network Officer Alberto Ripepi buys 119,568, all at 76.58p.

Wise PLC - London-based money transfers provider - Non-Executive Director Clare Gilmartin sells 48,360 shares at £10.58, worth £511,666, on Tuesday.

Bunzl PLC - London-based distribution and outsourcing - Chair Peter Ventress buys 8,461 shares at £23.19 and £23.85, worth £196,248, on Monday and Tuesday. Non-Executive Director Jacqueline Simmonds buys 2,200 shares at £23.28, worth £51,212, on Monday.

Kier Group PLC - Salford, England-based infrastructure services, construction and property group - Leigh Thomas, managing director for Property, sells 165,677 shares mostly at £1.98, worth £327,586, on Tuesday.

World Chess PLC - London-based chess promoter and tournament organiser - Ilya Merenzon, CEO and majority shareholder, subscribes for 24.4 million new shares at 3.28p, raising £800,000 gross for the company, it says on Tuesday. World Chess notes the price reflects the average price received by Merenzon from his recent sale of 17 million shares. Merenzon now has 401.1 million shares, a 52.4% stake.

Thor Explorations Ltd - gold producer and explorer in Nigeria, Senegal and Ivory Coast - Non-Executive Director Folorunso Adeoye buys 306,818 shares at 77 Canadian cents, worth C$236,250, about £126,000, on Friday last week. Adeoye now has 22.7 million shares, a 3.4% stake.
