Gresham House hikes dividend as annual asset under management jumps 42%

Alternative asset manager Gresham House hiked its dividend after reporting a jump in annual assets under management on strong revenue growth.

For the year ended 31 December 20020, assets under management jumped by 42% to £4.0 billion year-on-year as net core income grew 29% to £40.8 million.

The company swung to an pre-tax operating profit of £1.9 million from a loss of £827,000.

The company announced a 33% increase in the dividend to 6.0p a share.

The Group has momentum in fundraising and plans for further AUM growth across its divisions in 2021.
