Catena shareholders approve name change at AGM

Catena Group is to be renamed Insig AI plc following a successful vote by shareholders at the company's AGM.

The application will also be made for a change of TIDM to INSG which is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on Monday 10 May.

All other resolutions were duly passed.
