Netcall PLC - Bedford, Bedfordshire-based automation and customer engagement software - Non-Executive Director Michael Jackson sells 300,000 shares at 115.75p, worth GBP334,725, on Tuesday last week. Jackson now has 1.1 million shares, a 0.7% stake. He has "no intention to sell further ordinary shares at the current time", Netcall says.

Alternative Income REIT PLC - real estate investment trust for UK commercial property - Non-Executive Director Adam C Smith sells 645,000 shares at GBP0.70 to GBP0.72, worth GBP458,359, from March 6 to 17.

Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Finance Director Graham Baker buys 23,000 shares at USD43.05, worth USD990,143, on March 14 in Singapore.

Totally PLC - Derby, England-based provider of healthcare, corporate fitness and wellbeing services - Medical Director John McMullan buys 4.2 million shares at average 3.45 pence, worth GBP143,578, on Friday. Interim Chief Executive Officer Prasad Godbole buys 640,833 shares at 3.9 pence, worth GBP24,992, also on Friday. Godbole, Totally's chief operating officer, was made interim CEO last month after Wendy Lawrence left immediately. McMullan now has 7.1 million shares, a 3.6% stake, and Godbole 3.6 million, a 1.8% holding.

Trustpilot Group PLC - Copenhagen-based consumer reviews platform - Chair Zillah Byng-Thorne buys 34,102 shares at GBP2.48, worth GBP84,563, on Wednesday last week. Chief Financial Officer Hanno Damm exercises warrants for 39,902 shares and sells all of them at GBP3.03, worth GBP121,062, on Tuesday.
